Sixers blew it, Simmons needs to show up or they're done. Embiid needs to work on his footwork and defensive stance. That drive by Al at the end was just too easy. He also needs to shoot less threes and let his inside game do the talking. Let the others get going.
i saw about half the game on and on and it seemed like BOS was allowed to be extra physical with simmons and get away with a lot of stuff, marcus smart in particular. actually reminded me of the game 2 officiating on harden
The problem for Embiid is Horford is a very sound defender, Baynes is big enough to bang with him and the Celtics help defense (when they chose to do it) is second to none. Sixers should even it up 2-2 because the Celtics won't bring the same energy on defense to the road and their shooting will be worse. This happened last series.
Refs letting Terry do anything he wants to Ben Simmons on defense. I find myself rooting for Philly's demise because of how obnoxious The Ringer's Chris Ryan is toward Harden and the Rockets. (Chis Ryan is a Philly fan and ardent Harden sh-t-talker)
Won't be surprised at all if Tatum emerges as superior player between himself, Mitchell and Simmons. Right now the general consensus is that he sits at 3rd place in the group.
