I'd rather the team lost the game given how they started anyway. Maybe this way it'll light a fire under them. We can win 2 in Utah no problem if the team get their acts straight. I never really thought this team benefited from home court advantage anyway; they might actually be better on the road tbh.

People here severely underestimate Utah's home crowd. With a mentally weak star like Harden, it's going to be very hard to win there.

Paul is gonna have to realize this Friday and put up 35 then. Hes had time to adjust. He had a similar game last year when the clippers were down in Utah and had to win. This could be his series, how about payback time for Paul?

We've beat the jazz all year. We didn't take them seriously after game 1. They're trending up and they just blew their wad. It takes 16 to 28 games to win a championship. We weather their surge look at the footage, Anderson will kill it on the road, and Joe Johnson is gonna man up in Utah. I'd put him up one on one with Mitchell.

I absolutely expect Harden to be booed hard in Utah like in Minnesota.

Can you believe morey wants to pay cp3 max contract money next season to keep him? A 33 y.o guard who hasn't changed the outcome of the rockets? If the rockets lose the next 4 like they did last year, maybe we should looking at getting kwami leonard instead of signing paul .

Spurs aren't Utah. They don't job big leads and keep their opponents in the game. In that sense Rockets stand a chance even with their deficiencies.

They shot close to 50% from 3. We shot close to 25% from 3. We lost by a few points. I don't expect that big of a difference in 3 points % between these two team in another game this series.

Absolutely. If you search up Harden on twitter (he's trending) it's nothing but Jazz fans FURIOUS with Harden. Wolves fans may have just been trying to troll, but I think Jazz fans may legit hate Harden.

We MUST come out and have a big showing in the next game. Another lazy effort loss in Utah in game 3 will likely translate to another one in game 4.

I genuinely fear for Harden and Chris Paul if this were to take place. They will be roasted beyond repair.

This is joke. We have to sweep them in utah now. In the playoffs we have to win both at home. There is a reason we fought so hard for home court advantage the entire season. People better damn believe this is a big loss. Going to Mormonville with the series tied is not an ideal situation at all.

well i like the optimism and the warriors have been in this position before, but are we as good as the warriors.. will find out

The squad should treat as a wake up call and get their **** together, they done against the wolves when they lost game 3 and blow up in the 3rd quarter in game 4, hopefully they'll treat this as a big deal

i see the same team from last year's playoffs, no sense of urgency at all. Not playing like contenders i just don't see the fire in them.

I think it is a big deal by the way.

This type of thinking is why the Rockets are in this situation where they just lost home court, and now have to win 1 game in Utah to regain it. I think winning 1 game is possible, but I'd much rather be going into game 5 with a 3-1 lead instead of it being 2-2. Yall thinkin winning 2 games in Utah back to back will be easy for a team like the Rockets? A team in which you never know if they're going to give full effort?

I just don't know guys. I think we can still end up winning this series, but we just put some unnecessary difficulty into this series. The Jazz by no stretch of the imagination a bad team. They are VERY good. But the Rockets won 65 games. And we're not a young team either... We're not a bunch of 25 or 26 years olds going on their first playoff run on a championship contending team. No. We got guys who have gone through some tough and serious battles. A lot of which that have been painful. And somehow the Jazz looked more focused than the Rockets did tonight? What the heck? How does this happen?

It's going to be awful. Chris Paul and Harden lose in the 2nd round? They will be the talk of the summer. We'll hear nothing about Lebron getting swept in the finals, Lillard getting swept in the first round, Westbrook+George losing in the 1st round, Wall and Beal losing to the Raptors who everyone is convinced are trash, Giannis losing in the first round to a team missing Kyrie and Hayward, and ect. Nope. Harden and Chris Paul losing to the Jazz would somehow top all of that while the rest of those guys get a pass somehow. Let's be honest. The Rockets could end up winning the next three games, and somehow people would still find a way to talk **** about the Rockets if they lose to the Warriors lol. The only way to shut these people up is by winning a championship, but the ****ing Rockets are being a bunch of dipshits and half-assing playoff games.
