The problem is Lowry and Derozan. While Lebron plays in the East he owns their souls.

it’s not like the Cavs were amazing tonight...they got some good games from their role players, but Lebron shot 12-30 from the field and 1-6 from the line...he can do much better...they shot 41% from the field as a team

    Love can play better

Never underestimate how well Toronto can keep the Cavs in the game.

This was like 1st game for Rockets but they won

LeBron and company needs to play better or they will lose the rest.

113-112, even got the exact score right.

They really do follow a script

I'd bet on all of this but I learned my lesson after losing a grand betting on the Vikings making the Owl last year. I probably should start betting on this again, I've heard of one of my friend's buddies turned 3k into a new car by betting on the results the germatra guys predicted.

Some can see all of sports being scripted as doors closing for their enjoyment, I can see it as windows opening to make serious BANK.

The Raptors are a good regular season team. Plus the Rockets have always had issues winning in Toronto. But they routinely come up short in the postseason and they're absolutely terrified of LeBron. The Cavs are not a good team. But I still picked them to win this series in 6 because I do not trust the Raptors in the playoffs. This game exemplified why.

    That's exactly why it's scripted.

I wonder why, if it's scripted so exactly, why wouldn't they script up some higher quality basketball?

They didn't play that great in Game 1. And now that they stole homecourt, they don't have to play great to win this series. Toronto didn't exactly dominate the Wizards in the first round, especially in DC.

LeBron couldn't have scripted this any better. The Pacers were a tough first round matchup(as expected), but he gets the p-ssies in Toronto in the Semifinals, and then either the extremely shorthanded Celtics or young and inexperienced Sixers in the Conference Finals. The Cavs would get destroyed in the Finals by either the Rockets or Warriors, but he's still got a very good shot at getting there for the 8th straight year.

Its harder to script in made jumpers than it is to script blown layups.

3 guarantees in this life: death, taxes and Toronto Raptors choking a playoff game.

The Raptors have improved over the years but if they flame out in the playoffs again I think they should probably look at a coaching change. Casey just isn't doing enough to get them over the hump. Or maybe they also need to look at a change from Lowry, too...
