one confusing thing is that there are two Bernard timelines (immediately after the party and then two weeks later when he wakes up on the beach) all the other timelines (Dolores, William, Maeve) are right after the party
I didn't find it confusing. I'm confused as to what was confusing about it. I thought it was pretty good at picking up where we left off (a bit into the future from the revolt and then revisiting the timeline earlier in the revolt). I've felt confused in season one at times by the switching timelines and such...but this episode wasn't one of those times. I would gather a lot of my confusion was my own fault for not paying closer attention and dozing off at times. I kind of would have liked to see the revolt go down in real-time following the party and all but it looks like we're going to get it filled in per a bunch of flashbacks instead (or, maybe what was shown in this episode is all we get?). Also, do we know why or what triggered the robots to flip and revolt? I may have missed that but it may be something we won't know. Was it some code one of the original creators planted and it triggered? I assume they haven't explained it and may never explain it? Or, I dozed off.
Rewatched season 1 before the new season started. Arnold had uploaded the "Wyatt" personality into Dolores originally and had hoped it would have ended the whole experience. Ford had a change of heart and once Dolores reached the end of the maze and achieved conscience, he uploaded the "Wyatt" personality so she could lead the revolt.... I may have missed something but I think that covers her final arch from season 1.....
I think he's missed but this show is fairly stacked with excellent actors, I've enjoyed the first two episodes quite a bit.....
How much of the 2nd season is outside the park? The scenery is beautiful but was getting tired of it.
Acting is still great as is score ect but atm I’m not hooked to where the story is going. I mean all it is now is a revenge story?
I thought that was pretty great, really enjoyed how they've really opened up the other parks in this episode....
My current theory is that they are all robots, and they've all always been robots. And this is the dawn of man. The Robots created the park because they are facing their own apocalypse and will fail to exist unless they can evolve. That evolution leads to man. And that's how this is going to end. With Adam and Eve.
