If Rubio is out, there truly is no excuse in Game 1. Please Rockets, remember what happened vs CP3's old team in 2015 when you came out lackadaisical to open that series when he was out with an injured hamstring.
This definitely helps us. No question. Hopefully with Rubio our wrt can dispatch them in a sweep or maybe 5 games. Hopefully if he comes back he plays guarded to avoid re-injury. It would be nice to catch a break this series in anticipation of the conference finals.
That really sucks for them, but I'm not gonna act like this doesn't present a path that keeps us fresh and rested before our bout with the Warriors next round. Fortunate turn of events for the Rockets.
Rubio runs their entire offense and sets everyone up. The Rockets *should* feast on this. The only real issue is that it's going to be tough to game plan for a Jazz team playing without Rubio. I expect the Jazz to keep it close in the 1st or 2nd quarter but once the Rockets adjust to the scheme, it'll be lights out. Without Rubio this series might not even get to the 5th game.

The Jazz get no sympathy from me. They beat us in 2008 because Yao was out. And they probably would've lost in 1998 to us in the first round if Barkley doesn't get hurt in Game 4.
