They were also not calling the majority of fouls committed by the Thunder during that run. Rubio got run over several times and got fouled at the rim but there were no calls. It pretty much gave the momentum to the Thunder. But yes, missing shots from the Jazz definitely helped, in addition to the pivotal removal of Gobert.
Yeah, and in this case, the refs helped the Thunder win by taking away the Jazz's DPOY quality interior defender.
you could say that about any comeback ever. there is always something you could point out and say look they didnt call this or that. at the end of the day, make or miss. they bricked a bunch of shots, the thunder did not. they lost a 25 point lead in just 8 fukkin minutes. dont come in here talking about the refs.
The refs rigged this game by taking away Gobert, not calling fouls committed by the Thunder. Jazz didn't help themselves by bricking shots as you say.

The refs aren't totally to blame, but they are a big part of it, just like Westbrook going crazy is a big part of it.
