Thon's shooting and length looked very promising in his rookie year. I thought his defensive footwork was quite poor though. Thon has regressed since then. Clint always was much better on defense. He got his opportunity to fit in with the Rockets once Dwight left. The gap between them is quite considerable.
Best laugh I had in a long time. Bucks fans must be pretty frustrated after all the years of futility. ...But they have Giannis Antetokounmpo and they just forced a game 7, so they have something to cheer about.
Are you on the good stuff bro? @cheke64 @Snow Villiers @Mathrocker @jacemandaspaceman @Progs @roe4christ all want to know
Lol I thought about holic while watching the game. Actually he looked solid defensively. Maybe holic is right on him, but not better than Capela.
He's a below replacement player who has played two good playoff games in his entire life. He's not a starter on any serious contender.
No, I think Maker might be the better player at the end of their careers, but right now I'll stay with Capela.
You've watched one series. There's three to go. But hopefully you're right about Capela and he can hold down the defensive paint for us. It at the very least him, PJ, Nene, and whoever else can give us enough paint defense that our offense can propel us over the top. We have no other choices. All the same.....I'd still trade Capela for Thon. Thon has two more years on his rookie deal and I still like him better than Qi. Although I do like having Qi signed for three more seasons. That's an extra year over Thon at this point. And Qi has already proven to me he has defensive player of the year potential. If he can find an offensive consistency with his shooting and PnR game I think he's a future rotation staple and maybe a while lot more. I like Qi a lot. I still like Thon a lot. If we keep Capela perhaps he adds the three ball to his arsenal? I've been saying he should do this from day 1. It would make him a while lit more valuable and offset some of his defensive defencies. Those of you that think Capela is a better defender than Thon (or even Qi for that matter) are missing something. He ain't.
you seriously are following the wrong sport. you need help asap. you absolutely have no clue what you're watching
Remember: No team with Capela will make the playoffs Also Remember: The key to beating Warriors is Joe Cheese and his defense on Kevin Durant lets not forget: Kyle Witljer is better than Ryan Anderson even today
im pretty sure holic can see that capela is thriving and doing extremely better than he predicted (no team gonna make it it into playoffs with capela statement), but he has his pride doesn't want to admit he was woefully wrong. So instead of just admitting he was wrong, he's still gonna double down and wants to trade thon maker for capela even now. WTF! y B/c of better bbiq, and a rookie contract? PFFFFFT!!!!!
You're wasting your time with him. I've quit responding to him altogether. I'd encourage you to do the same.
