that 4th 'foul' on go-bear doesn't just get called by accident by a seasoned veteran referee. the timing, the target, the obvious motive for the league -- all lined up like perfect little ducklings. mere coincidence very highly doubtful.
Rigged games have been going on since the dawn of time. Its common sense and basic human nature to have someone out there making sure things go a certain way when there is lots of money at stake.
i wanted okc tears as much as anyone (well, maybe not DreamShook) and gobert's 4th foul looks bad on that clip in this thread, but they showed it on the Starters and it was the side angle. i wasn't watching super closely and i don't know if he actually hit carmelo but it definitely looked close to me. he reached at carmelo and it was one of those plays where the shooter has a little hitch in their release that usually means they got their arm tapped. maybe carmelo just made it look that way but it seems like it gets called quite a bit when it looks that way. but maybe not for the DPOY's 4th foul in a playoff game.
no idea yet. will probably pass or look at a 2H play. interested in how the jazz will respond early on
It's funny, this series remind me of our series VS clippers back in 2015. We were down 3:1 and make a huge come back in Game 5. Lets see if Jazz is the new Clippers
I want Utah to end this in 6. I don't think either team is a threat, but I don't want the Rockets sitting around for a whole week again and losing their edge when they just seemed to start playing sharp again.
But you got to make the shots though when it mattered. Even after gobert was given the 4th and 5th foul if brick and pg13 bricked all their shots it didnt matter. Also ledouche didnt get called for goaltending, yes it wont matter if he didnt hit that 3 pointer.
i seem to recall okc complaining about losing every time foster refs the year warriers came back on them from down 3-1, but can't say for sure
Perhaps the best option would be to see the TripDubMVP lose again in the first round. Then watch the Jazz get stomped by the Rockets. All while absent father Malone, dirty Stockton, and fired Hornacek watch from home and cry.
