ClutchFans Game Thread: Timberwolves @ Rockets 4/25/2018 (Playoffs Round 1, Game 5)

The two stars need to be more consistent moving forward in these playoffs.

 

Crowd will cheer when the rockets play better

 

We for sure have the worst playoff crowd out of the all the teams.

After a damn 65 win season and with players like HardenCP3

Pisses me off

 

Lmbo, they are shooting the percentage of a lifetime and Harden/CP3 are off and we are only down by 4......This is what it takes to beat us? Im actually impressed & happy

 

Yup only gonna get harder

 

Both stars playing like junk and it’s a close game. We got this. Come out strong in the 3rd.

I'm sure there is a middle ground where we are all really tense at the end..

positive vibes for a nice boring win.

 

This is what happens when both Harden and Paul start the game struggling and the other team can't seem to miss from the 3 point line. It's only a 4 point deficit at the half

I look forward to Houston killing this team in the second half for the clincher

 

Trying on defense and our stars showing up would be nice.

 

Hopefully Beard and CP3 already gathered enough energy so we can blast them with 60 points of Rocket damage.

 

For the 3rd straight game the Teague vs Paul matchup is deciding the game. Pretty sad that Teague has won 2 of the last 3 matchups (so far).

Harden doesn't even have a free throw attempt yet. Imagine how good James would be if he actually had a good motor.

 

They should have never sold tickets to those who would not show up in games.

 

I don't understand the psyche of this team. Overall, they haven't looked like a team that can win a championship or even wants it that bad. During this series I find myself shaking my head so much, I think I am starting to have neck problems.

 

Exactly. People expecting a big 3rd quarter like last game. Why would the Wolves allow that again? They’re going to come out even more focused after the half.

 

Lol, what's the point of home court with a lame crowd? Jazz late game the other night was really loud.

Jazz are pouring on the salt all over Thunder carcass.

 

The role players are playing hard and deserve praise but the lackadaisical, uninspired play by our stars probably is the main buzz kill so far.
