What would it be haunted with? The house is brand new and the area used to be part of the East Texas Forest. The only thing it could be haunted with is forest woodland creatures.
Dudes prob moving to a big mansion in river oaks or maybe to royal oaks I think that’s we’re harden lives. Woodlands is really nice but it’s really far for him to get to work.
Makes sense to sell his home in the woodlands. For 1, he bought it for less than the $6 mill he’s selling it for and 2, the drive is stupid and full of traffic. I live in greenspoint and it takes me an hour to get to downtown in traffic I could only imagine coming from the woodlands.
He's probably gonna get a penthouse in one of those new skyscrapers in downtown... it's what I'd do...
On second thought I bet he is moving to Royal Oaks. Gated very nice although a very strange part of town for how nice the neighborhood is. There’s a lot of ball players that have homes in there. My cousins wife’s grandparents live there and it’s super nice when u get inside the gate it doesn’t even feel like houston. But cp3 lives in LA during the summer and his house is really nice and he lives on the same block as Paul pierce and I believe KG. I think the rockets pay cp3 the max I don’t think harden will let Morey short change him. Imo he hasn’t slowed down at all and he’s always missed 10-20 games a year. Rockets are smart with him and let him rest and take time off when he could play.
I have a commute of over an hour each way (Sugar Land to Spring), and it sucks. I can't imagine CP3 wanting to make that commute to Toyota Center and back (especially after a game that ends at 10:15). He'll sell his house for a profit, move into town, send his kids to Kinkaid, shorten his commute to like 20 minutes, and live an equally lavish lifestyle inside the loop. Absolutely nothing to see here. Yeah, so far in these playoffs, he's clearly shown signs of slowing down. GIve me a break.
Seems unnecessary. There are plenty of homes for sale within the Alief school district. Why pay for private school when you can use public?
