I would get lost in that house. Too much stone for me though. If I was super duper rich, I would have model my master bath to look like the interior of a cavern with a waterfall shower.
he's the type of guy who might have been told by a party guest that the feng shui is all wrong in this property, then brings in an expert the next day to confirm the same and immediately calls his broker with a sell command
There’s obviously nothing to this either way. Plenty of athletes have also made Houston their home and not played here at all.
You missed him at Whole Food. I believe he is going to be Harden's neighbor, Beard has more than 1 place in Houston and not around the place where he hit Subway with Khloe.
he finally got the property tax bill.... probably close to 240K a year. Homes are affordable in houston but man the property taxes kills
He's moving in town and putting his kids in private school is my guess. I thought it was stupid for him to move to the WL.
I have lived in The WLDS since 1985...it is a great place to live. I too was hoping to bump into CP3. That said, the property taxes, electrical, and water rates are lower in Montgomery Co. as compared to Harris Co. The Village of Creekside in The WDLS is in Harris Co., and the taxes and amenities are higher in that part of The WDLS. The area of Carlton Woods the Paul family lived in, is in Mont. Co., so his taxes and amenities are lower. As for the house, it was a spec house that sat for 3 years unsold before CP3 bought it. It is amazing the improvements the Paul family made to it. As wealthy as The Woodlands has become over the last 15 years, the house will not sell as quickly as many believe. Houses a million or higher usually do not sell fast in The Woodlands. Maybe CP3 will be lucky and his will be the exception. The commute from The WDLS to the Toyota center is 45 minutes using Hardy Toll Road. I made it regularly as a season ticketholder. Also, Matt Bullard lives here. He and his family love pizza. He also shops at HEB. I would not worry about CP3 selling his house as a sign that he is leaving the team...the suburbs aren't always for everyone. I like The WDLS because it's quiet and easy to get around....umm at least it used to be.
