    He probably didn't know Houston when he moved in. I am thinking a house closer to Uncle Harden so he can baby sit, or he is moving closer to where all the action is or he is just now realizing the property tax in Houston.

    While I get the concern that many folks have...the ordinary Joe would sell a home if:
    1. They are moving out of town for a different job.
    2. The are getting a divorce and they are liquidating assets.
    3. They cant afford it.
    4. Home has damage
    5. Found a better spot

    Well, CP3 was recently at the Kinkaid school. My friends son saw him there. I assume he wants to move closer into town for his kids schooling.

    IMO, it's a good sign because I think he's moving to the city proper and closer to his kids school. Dude will be here until his kids graduate.
