If we can somehow entice PG13 to come, I would be more than ok with losing CP3. He's one of the greats, but he's going to be 33 and is losing a step or two. Giving a max contract to a 33 year old on the decline has the potential to be nightmarish and set us back half a decade.
Why the hell would he give up negotiating leverage this offseason, if he is indeed, shooting for a max? You really do talk out of your ass. Stop talking.
Chris Paul house is worth 14 million, he wants to sell for 7 million. Please think What is the reason?
I don’t think you’re enticing PG to come without CP3 here along with Harden...u lose CP3 then you’re taking a definite step back as a team, PG will know this
So I wil play along with the hypothetical notion that Paul leaves. One thing this season has shown me is the Rockets not only need another star next to Harden, but more importantly someone that can be a playmaker and facilitator for when he is on the bench. Doubt he’s leaving, but that’s my .02. That said, I’m not sure the Rockets want to pay Paul a 5 year max.
Chris Paul read one of the knee-jerk reactions in a clutchfans thread and had a knee-jerk reaction putting his house on the market.
Don’t worry everyone. I have source that said CP3 already bought a house closer to the Toyota Center. Nothing to see here.
Why would he moved to the Woodlands anyway? Probably trying to make a quick profit to offset some salary.
When is the last time that a NBA's real estate moves led to them leaving a team? Seems people always make a big deal of this but dudes can live in LA while playing elsewhere.
Sorry guys, my bad, I’ve been sneaking up to his windows, making “Boo” sound effects... thought it would be funny... didn’t expect him to sell because of it...
