I guess it comes down to what else is he supposed to say...especially without throwing any of his players under the bus. He better have a blow torch under each one of our players...

    Duh...

That’s the point. If he never panicked while being down 0-3 why the hell would dantoni panic being up 2–1?

    You really don’t get it?

Smh at the lack of comprehension

Coaches don’t generally panic in the media period. Doesn’t matter what the series looks like.

    Talk about dense.

If stotts didn’t panic at any point why would D’Antoni panic?

Lack of panic from a head coach means exactly what?

Did stotts lack of panic (even being down 0-3) ultimately mean anything?

Didn’t really think I’d have to spell that out.

Besides all that if everyone is just supposed to fall in line with what the coach is doing or thinking then what’s the point of the message board and discussion?

JBB kept running Brewer out there. Maybe the fans should’ve been fine with that too. Dantoni ran short rotations out there last playoffs. If he thought that was fine you should too.

If you’re going to take this stance then just be happy and don’t discuss anything you think the folks in charge are doing. Because if they’re not panicking and they’re happy with it then....

    You should be too.

Thats how I feel about you. Ignoring the question huh, how come you aren't concerned about the Warriors who were playing worse then we were down the stretch. Or when they lost today. Like I said dont be so quick to bail on our team.

FOH you framed that clearly that it was foolish for Stotts not to panic and linked it to D'Antoni through "either"

    Now you're walking it back.

The Warriors have finals and championship pedigree. They have that to fall back on. The warriors are also playing without maybe their most important player, former unanimous mvp and top 5 player in the league.

Also, the Warriors SHOULD be concerned about getting past NO if Steph isn’t there or is rusty when he comes back.

And lastly, this is a rockets MB. Why would ppl here be “concerned” about the Warriors?

Dang you are dense. Don’t worry about it if you didn’t get it. I intentionally used a team in the worst case scenario and pointed out that their coach didn’t panic either.

You not understanding the equivalence is on you.

Actually the Warriors were playing at a very high level before they lost today, this was do or die for the Spurs. The Warriors even without Curry were within a few points with just a few minutes left. But I really can't explain to you how other teams are playing because I get the feeling that you don't watch other teams otherwise you would totally understand why i think the Rockets need to step it up or they'll be no parade in Houston this summer. The Rockets need to beat a team with 2 superstars 4 total all stars and a sixth man/finals mvp. Playing the way they are playing now won't cut it, that's all Im trying to say.

LOL pedigree, what a load of crap. Pedigree doesnt help you on the floor, what you did last year doesnt mean anything. What a ridiculous argument. Yea I get that they dont have Curry. But they are also playing a worse team and we are playing a 3rd seed. Not to mention We are missing our best defensive player in Luc. And hes very important. Go check out his net rating.

And thats not because GS is suddenly bad, its cause NO is actually really freaking good.

Bruh dont be dense, you know what I meant when I said concerned.

Yes experience and pedigree means nothing.

    Gotcha.

And on that note, good night.

High level against a team with no offense and a waaay worse team than we are playing, not to mention we are without Luc. And it doesnt matter they still lost. Wins and losses are all that are important in the playoffs, I hope you understand. In all of these games we just have been missing open shots. Our 3 point shooters are missing, itll be fine cause they will start hitting. And in games one and two we played really good defense. Third game we didnt, once again we'll be fine. Ive watched most the games dont assume anything about me. The only team playin worth a damn right now are the Sixers in the East and New Orleans who we prolly wont even see. Yea I get that, its not like anyone doesnt know that. But all they can do right now is get the win and get to that position. You saying over reactionary things based off one game or games that didnt matter to us is just reactionary. If we play badly in game 4 maybe I'll be concerned, but for now, no need for any hot takes.

According to recent betting markets, the Rockets are expected to win this series 95% of the time. We haven't played well and yet we are currently better off probability wise than we were to start the series.

That is why i am an advocate against resting players late in the regular season, it kills momentum. We took it a bit too easy once we sealed the number 1 seed

The Rockets are definitely championship material. It's just we play in a unique era where some superstar sneked his way into a 73 win team.

That's the reason for the harsh criticism.

I believe my premise is sound and valid .

If we can't breeze through the first two rounds with pretty much a healthy roster, it's going to be nearly impossible to beat a healthy GSW 4 out of 7 times.
