I will say that I miss the November-December Rockets that would come out of the gate with a flurry and knock your ass to the ground immediately. Since March we’ve been dragging ass and then deciding to turn it on in the 4th and win. We all kept saying this was going to stop in the playoffs but it hasn’t.

 

Are we going to lose this series?

not worried and this Timberwolves team might be the best ever 8th team ever put together. It was never going to be easy

don't get too caught up in the 1v8 thing. Timberwolves fell away towards the back half of the season and fell from 4th

 

Just bunch of average to above average shooters at best. Not one truly great shooter, but takes the most 3s in the league by far. Safe to say, don't expect any consistency. Not gonna happen.

 

The team we are desiring to beat in a 7 game series, for them it is a cake walk when they are healthy.

The Rockets best players are healthy. They are struggling to show signs of dominance in a first round series .

You would expect a team that can beat a team that can dominate and **** on opponents in the playoffs and go 16-1 to a title can show the same domination in the god damn first round.

This isn't the NCAA tournament we're we just need to beat the Warriors for one game.

We need to find a way to beat the 4 out of 7 times when they actually give a **** and try.

 

I’m not saying that. I think the Rockets will advance. I’m just saying that there is an immense amount of pressure on Harden/Paul/D’Antoni this postseason. The way the offense has trended lately, it’s been less than stellar.

We’ll see how Game 4 goes, but they do NOT want to drop that one. The pressure would be on at that point.

They've been doing it consistently in the series. They simply weren't hitting shots in the first two games but tonight they made them.

The Rockets just got flatly outworked. They played slow and generally looked like they were okay with taking a loss tonight. Hopefully they finally get their $#!% together in the next couple of games and remind people of why they had such a good record in the regular season. So far they look fake.

Its hard to believe we are the only one of 60+ wins team this season.

And its also so disappointed we lose stupid Wolves almost 20pts.

If we want to win Championship, we should never play soft like this. This is unacceptable.

Yes, and we will lose in the 2nd rd and WCF.

With this loss im sure all the fudge packers will be out saying rockets will lose in the 2nd round.

When the **** did I say that? I'm telling you the team that our targets are set in and our own GM stated we expect to beat just went 16-1 in their last playoff run with huge pt differentials. Take that for what it's worth .

I expect a team that can beat the Warriors to be able to glide by the first two rounds.

It seems like people don't understand how dominant the Warriors are when they are healthy .

 

Yeah, we can agree there. I'm just saying this game in particular is just a meh game. If this game goes 7 and Harden has this kind of game, yeah, it would really...really...hurt these 3 playoff legacy, right now though, it's all about how they respond.

They have to win game 4, I mean, not a must win, but yeah, they have to assert their dominance on this team and make them realize that game 3 was a fluke. Hopefully, Harden can have another MVP type game but actually...I'll settle for Gordon actually hitting the wide open shots he gets all game long.

Gordon, moreso than Harden, seems to always struggle during the playoffs. It's starting to scare me.
