Our goal is to beat a team that went 16-1 last season in the playoffs .

    People seem to forget this.

The Warriors have transceded "bad match ups".

    We haven't.

Also the bad match up argument doesn't make sense as we murderered the Wolves in the regular season.

Lol what? The Wolves are talented. If they’re hot they can beat anyone. The Wolves have three dudes more talented than anyone on the Spurs roster.

The fact that most people thought this was going to be a sweep speaks for how highly everyone thought of the Rockets. **** pushed in? Come on now.

Now of course we take comfort in the fact that there were champs losing in the first round.

Where are defense when we need them the most? Where are hearts when we need them the most? Where are leadership when we need them the most?

    Games like this are UNACCEPTABLE.

Didn't forget about that at all, but we are not playing the Warriors right now. We should worry about the Warriors when we play them.

You don't know if they will beat the wolves so no our goal isn't the Warriors

This shouldn't even be talked about.

Also one playoff series literally means nothing to another. The Celtics big three needed 7 games to beat 8th seed hawls, it didn't matter they still won the chip.

Two actual superstars. Klay and Draymond wouldn't be superstars in a normal team.

But I guess you are stating we don't have a chance against Warriors .

Funny, the regular reason, our GM, and the players seem to make us believe we did have a chance .

I still dont get why Harden did not shoot when he was wide open. He just carelessly passed the ball to Tucker or others for bricking.

NBA players are too good, even the crappy teams, and Minnie is not it. These guys will figured out a way to score on you if you don't play fundamental, in your face defense.

Looking for a much more motivated effort from Houston in game 4, but it starts on d.

The Warriors have reached a level we're their regular season games don't mean jack ****
they've earned that right to be that confident in themselves.

They are a team that obviously can just flip a switch. And it shows. The Spurs were a damn good team this entire season and the Warriors are anmiajlting them without their best player.

I guess now we are backtracking our chances against them.

If you aren't content with that then I guess it's okay to be happy with limping through the first two rounds.

Do you pay attention to my posting behavior? Should I be flattered?

Some posters are not cheerleader posters. Doesn't make them any less of a fan. Grow the **** up.

watching the jazz thunder game puts in even starker relief just how incompetent our 3 point shooting has been. i just watched patrick patterson drain 2 3's in a row, the first with a hard contest. that was after corey brewer made a 3 while possibly being fouled. and they had 2 3's before any of that happened. this isn't curry and thompson making tough 3's, it's corey brewer.

utah has mitchell already making a contested 3. we seemingly can't get a single person not named harden to make an above-average difficulty 3. this isn't an offensive system thing. this is called playing in the playoffs. occasionally you're going to have to make a guarded 3 and we've basically embarrassed ourselves for 3 games with those types of shots. you aren't just going to get 40 wide open 3's a game like you're playing the suns. right now we have to be absolutely wide open to make one and even those are questionable. i mean eric gordon is just submarining us. you're 3rd best scorer can't just be a dumpster fire for a whole series against a team that was good when completely healthy.

i'm not sure there's a way to know who will shoot well in the playoffs and who won't, but we're going on 2 years of shitty 3 point shooting in the playoffs. maybe these guys just aren't it. and i don't care if we win this series because we can even with not great 3 point shooting. championship teams don't become completely below average at things they are good at.

We had beaten them 6 times in a row counting the regular season. They finally had a scorching hot shooting night and beat us once in 7 tries.

Have some perspective they are a very good team, at home, first playoff game at home in what 14 years, and they had a great night.

Series will be over 4-1 gentleman’s sweep.
