If Derek Fisher can't get a start ahead of Jake Marisnick in the midst of this slump, then why is he here?

He's a fine 4/5th OFer who has had entirely too many starts.

Several people talked about this waaay before the season started.

I was about to post something similar. Just shows how bad Fisher is as well. Astros probably have the worst LF situation in the majors. Both are a joke at the plate. Marwin can't bring any relief either. It's pitiful to watch.

Jake is anti-cerrano. He cannot hit a fastball, but if you hang something slower....?

Am I the only one who feels as though the first game or inning you don’t watch during this pitiful stretch will be when they bust out for a 7 spot.

Gotta believe that Luhnow is going to make a roster move soon. Jake and Fisher are pretty much the same player just from different sides of the plate.

Yuli looking like he is hitting with an aluminum bat.

The bat before last when he pulled off the first pitch showed he is just not in a right place. Thought that last season he had turned the corner to become a decent hitter but he seems to have regressed so far this season.

    Bases juiced again

Miranda is trash, just need the ability to drive in runs...

8 LOB in 5 innings. Just can’t seem to come up with the big 2 out hit.
