League has figured him out. Also, the ump isn't calling the edges of the strike zone which isn't helping.
Looking like Keuchel is the pitcher on the staff that the offense needs to be ready to put crooked numbers on the board to get a win.
Out of curiosity, what exactly did they suddenly figure out that they couldn't figure out in previous years? Keuchel seems pretty straightforward to me. Since he doesn't overpower anyone, he needs the low pitch to be called a strike to be effective. If it is, he's deadly because he can hit that spot over and over and people can't do much with it. If it's not, he's completely hittable.
So much hate for Keuchel, wow. You guys are a piece of work. Dude has a couple of bad games and now he’s a “clown.” Gtfo
WAY TO GO KEUCHEL, I knew you could do it.... only took 100 pitches. Now I see your strategy, fake bad mechanics and hit the heaters for the rest of the day. You should just argue balls and strikes and you will see the locker room faster.
Dallas did well to get out of that. Save for the Dozier AB, I thought he pitched pretty well that inning.
Only one legit hit by the twins and ump with 4 missed low strikes to extend his pitch count. But that's baseball. game over my , friendos.
Definitely not game over. Hitters are having good ABs tonight other than Springer’s second AB. I expect they will put up some runs tonight.
Uh no, the league hasn't "figured Keuchel out" and he's not a "clown". He's just a bit off his A-game so far this season. It happens from time to time with every pitcher.
I am going to send "positive vibes" to Dallas Keuchel. That certainly has worked for Joe Johnson and the Rockets.
2016 called.... They want their team back Honestly though, it has got to be touch to pitch and hit in this kind of weather
