    I don’t care who plays but the Rockets need to win one of these last two games because a 64 win team has never won the championship. Not trying to be superstitious but I don’t like those odds.

    In fairness, 2 of those 3 teams that went 64-18 lost to the Bulls who had 72-10 and 69-13 records respectively. So they were the clear underdogs in those series. The third team that failed to win was the 2006 Detroit Pistons. They didn't even make it to the Finals. They were probably tired though. They went to the Conference Finals in 2003, won the title in 2004, and went to Game 7 of the Finals in 2005 before losing to the Spurs.

    I would love to hear Lavar Ball speak some bullshit comment about the MVP race, which motivates Harden to show up for this game and drop another 50-point-triple-double sealing his unanimous MVP season.

    Possible that Ingram, Ball and Kuzma might not play.

    Keep the rhythm. No injuries. Get that 65th win!

    Harden having a BIG GAME on this national TNT broadcast would be nice too. Cap off that MVP season.

    I wouldn't be surprised if the Rockets give their starters some decent minutes in this game. BUT, then the next night in Sacramento go full on VIPERS unit.

    FYI, the injury riddled Warriors IN Phoenix played Green/Thompson/Durant 30+ minutes. They just didn't play the last 5 minutes because of the blow out at that point. But the point is....THEY PLAYED. (that said, I doubt they play much vs Utah in their last game on Tuesday).

    It's crazy to think that just a few seasons ago we beat the Lakers for our season opener and it felt like one of our biggest wins of the season.

    Gotta love Morey, Harden, D'Antoni etc.

    Rest all starters = come round one, the guys haven't played for a solid week

    No thanks, I'd rather have a team that's doesn't have to spend a playoff game or two finding their rhythm.

    Reduce their minutes, but play the starters at least a half.

    I'm done with the regular season. We have nothing left to prove and every reason to rest our starters. The playoffs can't come any sooner.

    Play everyone but no single person more than 20min. Have MDA do the Pop/Kerr/Roy Williams thing where he subs five people out for five bench guys who then bring a lot of fake hustle onto the court, all game long.

    In 95 no 6th seed had ever won it either. So let’s go be the first. Of course I would like the 65th win as well but not at the cost of big minutes to core guys.
