I'm curious to see this reliever Makita in action. He releases the ball from nearly ground level.

Will be more fun to see it if the Astros can hit it though.

 

I think it will do the team some good to head out in a road trip after this home stand celebration and get back to full focus on baseball.

Exactly. The cold weather up in Minnesota should help them focus. Enough of the awards and ceremonies for something that happened over 5 months ago.

 

DH should never strike out more than 20% of the time. His only job is to hit and advance runners for crying out loud.

 

Salute to the MMP architect for leaving that outfield wall as far back as he did.

 

This is one of those games where you know the Astros are going to win, you just have to wait for them to actually get it in gear
