    Is this supposed to be flattering to Trump or something?

    I guess you missed the part where it states the SC is readying a report (assuming to congress) regarding obstruction of justice.

    I mean have you never heard of this thing called Watergate? It was established that the best course of action from a prosecutor is to not charge a sitting president with crimes but to REPORT to Congress a referral for impeachment.

    At least in the case of obstruction this looks like exactly what the special counsel is preparing. If the president did nothing wrong than not sure why they’d feel the need to issue any report. I didn’t run any red lights today. That doesn’t mean that the Police need to send me a letter in the mail letting me know I’m not getting a ticket today.

    • The special counsel told President Trump's lawyers that he is a subject of the investigation into Russian interference into the 2016 election, but he is not a criminal target at this point, The Washington Post reported.
    • The newspaper cited legal experts that said Trump could still become a target, however.

    that's not how probable cause works

    you don't identify a target and then get to go sifting through their life for crimes

    indiscriminate warrants are a 4th Amendment violation
