What needs to happen is that OKC loses at least two games and all the other teams (Jazz, Spurs, Pels, Wolves, Nugs) win at least two games. Wolves and Nugs will play each others so one of them will lose. But both teams can win the rest of the other two games. it's not likely but very possible. The thing is, OKC loses tiebreakers to Spurs, Wolves and Nuggets.
Which player would you rather have if you were starting a franchise and the goal was to win a championship? Ben Simmons or Westbrook? Age and contract do not count
And NOLA wins tiebreaker, too. So, even in multi-team tiebreakers, OKC probably has worst record in all scenarios, thus loses ALL multi-team tiebreakers. It's just crazy OKC lost regular season series to all four teams who they are competing with for playoffs, because all year long they thought they weren't competing with them...lulz
Both NOLA and Minny won tonight. Updating @J.R. 's list. Only begin from #5 since the top three teams have pretty much been locked. 4. 46-33 Utah -April 8 @ Los Angeles Lakers -April 10 vs Golden State -April 11 @ Portland 5. 45-34 New Orleans -April 7 @ Golden State -April 9 @ LA Clippers -April 11 vs San Antonio 6. 45-34 San Antonio -April 7 vs Portland -April 9 vs Sacramento -April 11 @ New Orleans 7. 45-34 Oklahoma City -April 7 @ Houston -April 9 @ Miami -April 11 vs Memphis 8. 45-35 Minnesota -April 9 vs Memphis -April 11 vs Denver 9. 44-35 Denver -April 7 @ LA Clippers -April 9 vs Portland -April 11 @ Minnesota I am counting the Clippers out. They still have a mathematical chance but very unlikely. Four teams will play tomorrow.
does anyone know the record to date between POR and UTA? hoping they can still move into the 3rd spot b/c GS has a lot of trouble with them
I was actually serious about being impressed that we have older members who lived during Wilt's time and that they're using the board to connect with members across the planet sharing their input.
credit to @Clutch he got them locked on a minimum vet deal to provide championship experience and locker room presence
