Breh seems legit and it is known that Bayern have been wanting to sign Wenger since 94. Wenger is still a good coach, could do well in a new environment. Would also give us some time til Nagelsmann is more experienced.

Wenger? Out of nowhere. But I'd like it, he speaks German and is a safer bet than any names I have read recently, including Tuchel. Wenger's reputation has decreased drastically, his style of play would fit well though. Always wanted to see him in the Bundesliga.

This Wenger rumor and Salah's groin injury have broken the Interwebs.

Regarding the options we have right now? I want nothing of Hasenhüttl, Kovac has never coached a big club, Tuchel (who is already out) has personality issues. Who's left? Wenger might be a risk as well, but let's not forget that Heynckes was already some kind of retired ten years ago because nobody wanted to sign him in years, before Bayern brought him back and he revitalised his career. I know it's a stereotype, but sometimes you just need a new environment. I don't doubt Wenger's skills and Bayern would never allow him to sign young and unexpierenced players only. He could work with a group of talent he didn't have in over a decade at Arsenal and wouldn't have the power he has right now.

Article written by a journalist from Hessischer Rundfunk, so at least not a random twitter kid.

Seems reasonable - young, promising, German speaking coach.

Ralph Hasenhüttl is out of the race according to couple news outlets.

isn't conte on his last legs in chelsea? I would think he'd be a better option than wenger.

Reminds me of last October, when names like Tuchel, Nagelsmann or even Luis Enrique were all over Munich, and then they brought Heynckes out of nowhere. Still think Nagelsmann is too young, would really prefer Wenger.
Conte doesn't speak German afaik. We've had our issues with Italian coaches in that regard. Also Chelsea's latest performances aren't too impressive.

Conte is a more defensively efficient coach, Arsene is a proficient teacher of Offense.

Not sure, Hasenhüttl yesterday said that nothing is certain in football and that he's focusing on this season.
This whole coaching search is pretty frustrating, there's no clear favourite left and Bayern doesn't seem to have a real plan for its future.

That's why Wenger even makes more sense to me. Bring him in while our key players Neuer, Lewandowski, Boateng and Hummels are at their peak and Ribéry/Robben are still playable. In something like three years you can install a young, innovative coach like Nagelsmann and start the process.

uh oh... lfc showing that dependency again. they are a 1 man club and always has been the last few years. suarez, cou, salah... no attacking fire if the superstar is absent. and what a bad time for that to happen, while all the top 4 rivals are finding form.

highly probably that lfc gets 5th place at season's end. if they somehow win the cl by some miracle, then salah should be paid 200 mil a year.
