Skip Brainless on the next show: "i think OKC is losing on purpose cause they want to face the best teams in the first round"
SSDD. He knows they win when he shoots less than 15 shots and lose when he shoots more and does not care. I know I am not the only one but after a few games in the season, I knew OKMe was not making the playoffs. That is not a team because of Westbrook. They are going to lose to Nola, Warriors, Heat, and us. They are in big trouble after the next two games because I think they will implode. I trust the Clippers and Nuggets more. Melo will stay there for his money but PG13 is peace out. That team has a lot of talent in their prime. I don't believe I have ever seen another team with that much young talent lose that consistently. No excuse at all but triple double narcissism.
Gentlemen, Let me remind you once again, this derailed Thunder train WILL NOT make stops at the 7th seed or 8th seed stations. There is only one stop: ELIMINATED FROM PLAYOFFS.
I don’t have a lot of faith in the Clippers and Nuggets...I still think OKC will make the playoffs, and I hope they do as the 7th seed and face GS in the 1st round with no Curry
Clippers have 35 losses to OKC’s 33, and OKC won the season series against them so they own the tiebreaker the Clippers schedule is as follows: vs Pacers, vs Spurs, @ Jazz, vs Nuggets, vs Pelicans, and vs Lakers LAC’s chances of making the playoffs are very low, and I feel like Denver’s chances are even lower...OKC will make the playoffs by default
That would be perfect. I have to admit that I selfishly want OKC to finish 6th so my Blazers can be the one to take them out.
That's a tough question. It depends on injuries. As they are NOW, Spurs and Wolves look like great matchups. But, I would hate to face them if Butler or Leonard are playing. OKC doesn't scare me. New Orleans doesn't scare me. If nothing changes , roster wise, from now to the playoffs, I think I want to avoid Utah. They are plucky. I can see them upsetting the right team in the playoffs. If Utah finishes as the 5th seed, I think they beat whoever the 4 seed is.
yeah, Utah is very dangerous...Snyder is a great coach who will have them well prepared, Utah is a tough place to play at, and that defense can make it very hard for u to catch a rhythm offensively I can’t wait to see how Donovan Mitchell does in the playoffs
You completely nailed it. Mitchell is such a likeable player. He reminds of a young Lillard, but much more physical. He's going to be fun to watch for a long time. Utah's defense is legit. I do have to question their offense though , especially when defenses tighten up in the playoffs. I would still rather avoid seeing them in the first round.
BSPN and Royce Young cannot help themselves with writing a tone deaf Melo puff piece. The Rockets go on massive winning streaks and get ignored and then flamed for losing a rest game like it was a big deal. The real story is Melo has a player option and OKMe is stuck with him at $27M while PG13 leaves. Melo has basically turned into a -WAR player with no D and bad shooting that cannot be played at the end of games.
