I have zero love for Mark Cuban. Yet, this is confusing. A "contractor" (?) puts a noose (?) into an IT closet (?). Mark Cuban "throws it in the trash". This occurs in "2011". And now Mark is getting sued for that? Neat.

Nothing in this article suggests that Mark Cuban is racist, in fact it says " nobody’s blaming Cuban for putting it there" referring to the noose in the closet. On the other hand, the OP has a history of race baiting and unfounded accusations of racism. Racism is a problem here, this thread is evidence of it.
So, why was there a noose in a closet again? Does the author of this article just consider that not relevant to the story?
Of course not...you just need to insert some buzz words to get the racists who claim others are racists to get them going now a days. Protest, and possibly, riot ensues, then if it's called out and proven BS no one will apologize for the millions of dollars in damage and assault on innocents but simply say, "well...it wasn't for this incident, it was for the decades, hell, centuries of oppression!". Didn't you get the memo?
