Spurs is not easy to win, if they are full team. In order to get rid of trouble, we have to beat spurs in the next match. It is better make them as 6th to 7th seed. If we let them as 5th seed, houston may have chances to lose if kawaii comes back. It is our best way for what we can before playoff. Also those players can make our player get hurt easily and likes to flop on the floor. This match can demonstrate harden as the mvp.
even with Kwahi we would sweep them.. the only team that is capable of beating us are a healthy warriors team that is operating on all cylinders.. I want us to set up spurs in round 2, and let warriors face OKC and Jazz.. OKC will make it tough on warriors.. if we can have them draw warriors in first round and blazers or Jazz in second round that will be our best opportunity..
I think the media has put so much fear in all of us into thinking that the rockets style does not work in playoff and teams apparently change styles so drastically that the rox shooting style won't work.. Let me remind you we have virtually played nothing but playoff teams post all star break, and majority of them, we played in their homecourt.. If these teams had some great playoff style that they would have been hiding, they would have showed their cards, because all of them virtually could still be knocked out of the playoffs, so they have to play with the highest intensity, yet the rockets continue to beat them in a humiliating manner where the games aren't even close.. I am not scared of any team, as this rox team is elite.
We have been playing the slow-paced style commonly associated with playoff basketball for a while now. And every top playoff bound team we've played seems to come out with playoff intensity against us.
NO!!!! Bring it on Spurs! We fell in San Antonio, that will be where we stand up! Dude, if you want to win that ring, DO NOT afraid of anybody. If you get beat by Spurs again, you don't deserve the Championship anyway. We will knock down Spurs and Warriors, one by one. GO ROCKETS GO!
The only teams I'm concerned about are the Warriors, Raptors, and to a certain extent, the Clippers. Clippers probably won't make the playoffs, the Warriors are looking more and more vulnerable everyday, and assuming no one takes out the Raptors before they get to the finals, our boys will step up to the challenge. We can handle everyone else.
We can beat the Spurs if Harden sits out, provided if Paul and Gordon have big games, and we defend well. LMA is the only threat from them.
Foul calls gonna git even more fcked up in playoffs. The mental factor when things don't go your way for long stretches, even games will be key.
Watching the Spurs play is like watching a battle on Dragonball Z where you think the Spurs are done and they’ve done all they could, but then power up to new levels
You haven't had a premium post since you started posting on Clutchfans. I'm okay if Clutch deletes you. Wouldn't matter to me. It would only make things better. You offer nothing of substance and your ego is intolerable. You can quit with the "premium post" bs.. nobody buys you anymore. It's time to rethink you. Time to rethink your attitude on here. Time to become one of the many because you seem to think you're some sort of leader and you're not. You're one of the many. Just like the rest of us. Never forget this is a community, not a you-nity.
the Spurs are nothing to be too worried about IMO, even if Kawhi comes back we were close to their level last year, and this Rockets team is way better than last season’s and the Spurs are worse if Kawhi comes back, he will obviously not be at the level that he was at last season...they no longer have Jonathan Simmons who played well against us this year would be a much better Rockets team with HCA vs. a worse Spurs team with a worse Kawhi...Rockets in 5
