I don't know. You'd really have to be a very dumb lawyer to put threats like that in writing.

We don't spend all our time thinking about impeachment. The point here is not getting an impeachment, nor is it about destroying Trump's marriage (I think Melania probably already knows what sort of man her husband is). It's more like a scab you can't help but pick at. Everybody can see what a morally bankrupt person Trump is, and some of us are still processing the idea that tens of millions of their fellow Americans are okay with it.

I certainly don't care about his personal sexual adventures.

If Trump comes out and said, yep, I did all of those beautiful.... nothing would change and he would get less "fake" press on this. But this is bothering him and so it will continue to be a story. And the real potential problem here for him and his lawyers and his campaign is... did they break the laws trying to hide.

I bet most people were interested in the segment on Giannis Antetokounmpo... or were confused and thought the Stormy segment involved a sex act called the "Greek Freak"... (I was enjoying the Rockets game and then the Walking Dead)

She certainly didn't come across as your stereotypical bimbo. She's exponentially more eloquent than the President.

    Just like Ivanka!

Not too high a bar to pass.

But she was the editor of her high school newspaper, and president of the 4H club.

I am curious if that market share is because of the game running late and including the basketball audience. 60 minutes is scheduled for 6 pm and the game went to overtime. Of course a sweet sixteen game would be heavily watched.

    Not talking crap, just asking....

as for stormy and why we should care? aside from the fact that it could potentially be a violation of campaign finance laws, the fact that our president is in a position where he can be compromised and needs to buy peoples silence is a legit national security issue. the fact that he is having to pay off all these skanks to keep their mouths shut is a problem. it also makes the russian pee-tape seem more plausible.

there is also the issue of republican/conservative/evangelical hypocrisy. they say they are the party of god, family values and morals (while at the same time saying the other side is actually against these things). but here they are aligned with someone like trump. their false sense of moral highground is forever lost. they should be called out as shameless hypocrites for the rest of their existence.

She isn't stupid at all. She is a very shrewd woman. She essentially tricked Trump's attorney into breaking the non disclosure agreement.

Being a successful w**** requires some level of intelligence.

I believe that this happened, but I do not think that Daniels' attorney came off well at all. Anderson Cooper was right: it damaged her credibility when she issued multiple statements denying that anything ever occurred. If he has proof - photos, videos, etc. - he should put up or shut up and not act so cocky like he's wielding the sword of Damocles.

this is because she didn't get the wall she wanted.
BELIEVE ME, If we could make some blow up replica dolls of Anne Cutler and put them alongside the big beautiful border like farmers do with scarecrows, illegal immigration problem solved in a day.
I was watching the national geographic and saw that some big cactus can retain water up to 200 gallons of water.

on a serious note, how has she not been given a nickname by trump.

I'm unsure if this is true.

IIRC WSJ broke the $130,000 hush money payout story, without using Stormy as a source.

From her perspective, she signed a bilateral contract, which she would stay silent and which the other party would do the same. Somebody in the Trump camp leaked the story to the WSJ. Stormy did not want to be a national story and did not want her kid to deal with it. Once the story leaked, I can easily see that she thought that the contract failed her.

Thus, whoever leaked to the WSJ essentially broke the NDA contract.

Now there is no doubt after the leak that Stormy has been very shrewd with the national media. One could even argue that Stormy and her lawyer have played the national media even better than Trump does.

Trump's idiot lawyer has done neither Trump or himself any favors by talking to the national media. Cohen's very statements have confirmed the "one night stand" affair, as well as the hush money.

Gee, I wonder why they didn't send out the first string spokesperson... SHS out interviewing? Or simply hiding in Spicer's bushes outside the oval office?
