Does Bill Worrell every use any other word than "daddy" for a male parent? No "father", or even "dad"? The whole funny/cute factor wears out when that is the only word in your vocabulary, bruh... God this guy is the worst. Can't wait until Ackerman takes his job.
March has been bad to a few people's 3-pter it seems... and I feel like it's often cruel to Harden. I think the problem is the season and the MVP award is a foregone conclusion at this point, and Harden loses a lot of focus when that happens.
A wise observation, I do feel he will be ready for the playoffs though. Chris needs rest, but he also needs to play well down the stretch when he is fit. Harden does feed off him.
We still need a lot more from the backup 5 spot. Nene and Black aren't good enough. Ryan has a big load to carry. Shooting, defense and rebounding. Unfortunately, it seems that it is too late to acquire a replacement for Wright. This is our weakest spot going into the playoffs.
I can't even stand the sound of Ackerman's voice! It sounds like a man talking with a clothespin on his nose. Too whiny and loud. I have never had an announcer get on my nerves like him. I like Bill much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I felt like we were playing some G League team. The lack of adrenaline, knowing every score counted made it boring to me. It was like watching a bunch of men "not letting the kids win" on a playground feel. Strange
The strangest play of the night was when James grabbed his nose after a basket like he had been elbowed or hit in the face. What was that all about? I had to rewind the play a couple times to see what happened and it was absolutely nothing. Was that an attempt at getting a call for a ghost foul? If so, he needs to stop crying wolf or we will all be crying in the playoffs when he doesn't even get the real calls because of it.
Gerald Green was balling last night. Iso Joe finally relaxing and not trying to do too much just hoop baby! These two seem to play off each other great.
Nice to see Green playing under control in these clips. I especially note the 1:34 mark that he comes across half court, slows down, sizes up the court, and then gets into his move/shot. Granted, the Hawks offered zero resistance (as they aren't used to picking people up at 27 feet), but that sequence just shows us how Green is working to expand his game. The pairing of Joe Johnson with Green is pretty tough to defend.
Jimmy Hargod's oop to Green towards the end of the 3rd was ridiculous. Dude just sees passes everywhere. Amazing instincts
Harden has been doing that for ages now in Houston. He always dunks the ball and hold his nose to act as if he was hit with the ball going through the net. He is just going goofy. He did it twice this game, lol.
Plus the euro be learned from the beard That just shows how hard the euro step is. An player as athletic as gg looked a tad akward executing it
