The media isn’t going to change anything because the race wasn’t close this year. The only way they’ll start questioning his MVP award is if he flops in the playoffs, and even then, it’s a regular season award.

 

Also, I just wanted to let you know about my friend from experience, as he has accepted various roles over the years.

When he doesn't play, it doesn't upset him in the least, in the sense that he sees the bigger picture. The entire team, namely Our Stars and our coach know what Nene brings to the team, both in his ability in the post ( best footwork on the team down there) and his leadership in the locker room.Ne knows that Minnesota isn't the best matchup for him (KAT likes to run around more than most bigs), and based on how things are going, it didn't make much sense to play him unnecessary minutes. Also, last week, my buddy said how thankful he is to have PJ...that signing has allowed him to build his strength for the playoffs.

He's looking forward to being a big, big difference maker in the games where he is the go-to mismatch. Example: last year when he abused okc ,with perfect shooting bc kanter, BigFoot "Wrong turn" Adams jumped on every upfake and spin move.

Anyway, just an FYI. Nene is thrilled to be here, to be valued ( James calls him big bro because of experience/toughness) and bc the organization cares about his longevity. Washington did not...

Watch for him to bring some enforcement and "no layups" to Beavis Lillard and Butthead McCollum who started some beef. Dame: Jeremy 'overrated GLeaguer' Lin gifted you that series. Don't forget that ( neither should the Lin fan club...like the "Matt Maloney/Brooklyn net fan" poster (yopetty is his name I believe) who litters the NBA Dish.

Portland may be one of the ugliest games all year.

Hopefully, GGreen isn't suspended. Love his loyalty to protect his team. He can become our high-flying Ron Artest, dripping with passion, grit and that chopped and screwed mantra. His game oozes the healthiest Lean the Rockets need.

For the trades that fell through, he has been no less than amazing.

That was a pretty good shot no doubt. But if thats the highpoint of your team the last 4-5 years I think you're already proving everybody's point.
