"Clippers get: Clint Capela, Trevor Ariza, Nene, Tarik Black, Troy Williams and a 2020 first-round pick
    Rockets get: DeAndre Jordan"

Dear me, that's a mega rip off. This guy can't even make up a realistic trade scenario. After everything Morey has done he would somehow end up doing this with the reasoning of bringing back "lob city"?!?! If CP3 was so intent on having "lob city" around, WTF did he want to sign with the Rockets? Explain that one to me moron ESPN.

Morey is a competent NBA gm, not some kid playing playstation.

NONE of those trades look appealing to anyone but the Clippers
    maybe the Bucks

DeAndre for Tristan Thompson which is not even positive value in a trade and a dead corpse like Frye which has no value whatsoever...and at the same time the Rockets should trade Capela which has more value than DeAndre by himself, with Ariza, all their bench centers, Troy...and a freakling 1st rounder...embarassing.

At one point, DeAndre and Ariza were wrestling for a loose ball about 15 seconds after a play was whistled dead, jokingly. You can tell he's the only guy in that team that has a positive relationship with the guys in red.

i noticed a couple of times he let our guards get to the rim with some ole defense. he is #1 rocket fan, bleeds rocket red. not sure he would take it but give him the black, nene, money (which is like 7m) next year and roll with clinty, dj, chinanu, and joseph chippendale.

DJ isn’t a backup and sometimes I rather have him over Clint only bc he’s more aggressive defensively BUT his athleticism is eventually going to give out and when it does it’s rapid.

He's still a pretty big dude and as long as he remembers how to box out, I think he could be a good rebounder / scrapper. A rotation of him and Clint at the C would be extremely versatile and matchup-proof. Clint isn't a huge minutes eater anyways, so it would be more of a 1A, 1B rotation anyways, and it would keep them both fresh.

If the money is right, I'd be all over this.

I mean.... weird Tweet. 6 blocks is just rare in general. As far as someone getting 19 & 12 against Deandre Jordan, that happens all the time. It happens to Capela too.

The man definitely looked like a man who was disinterested out there. Looking at Paul's stats last night, it honestly looks like those two hung out all night long.

It’s kind of like the Astros. So many options and possibilities, but where do you play them all. Yeah, D’Andre would be awesome here, but I’m not moving Capela for him with Capela improving vastly.

But with summer moves likely coming, who knows what actually happens.

Clint is also good at guarding quicker players no the switch at the 3 point line. DJ is pretty awful at this.

DJ is not playing for Houston unless it is at severely discounted rate and he agrees to timeshare 5 spot with Clint.

    Because Clint not going anywhere.

Clint is better at the defensive switch and had a bit of a post game. DJ doesn’t do either of those things, pass

I've never thought of this. But if you ALWAYS have Harden/Paul & Capela/Jordan on the floor along with Gordon playing if one of Harden or Paul is sitting. Wow

That is for about two more season before Paul and Jordan really drop off a pretty much low playoff seed bench playing. Along with a top notch starting 5.

Some people worry about playing the Clippers in the first round. Don’t worry, Deandre Jordan got our backs. ;):D

All these posters loving Clint but what if this happens in the off-season? Clint + Ryan A + EG for LeBron then signing DJ at vet min.

    DJ
    LeBron
    Ariza
    Harden
    CP3
