Btw props to Harden he played great defense in the alMost come back. Just that turn over but rest he played great. D’Antoni sat Harden and Chris too much in the 4th imo. Specially Paul but might have been coz Paul looked exhausted.

I dunno some random streak. Missing 5th best scorer on the team who’s capable of having 16-20 on any given night. We look ok?

The Rockets have no dependable center after Capela. Even with days off Nene doesn’t look that good. Maybe he shouldn’t take so many days off to stay in a rhythm, who knows. And Wright is injury prone. If Bogut wants to be a Rocket then maybe we should oblige.

the difference is we didn't expect CP3 to play that poorly. but everybody here knew JJ was going to struggle mightily against this team. and even after that happened in vivid technicolor during the first half, pringles trotted him out for even more extended minutes second half. wtf

His +/- was worse than Joe Johnson if you can believe it.

Today's game makes me wonder how much DM is going to offer Paul, he is clearly NOT as good as he was during his peak, yet is certainly still a great player most of the time.

But he is NOT a max, or Super Max player anymore.

Capela got blocked on a crucial play going for a dunk... we needed him to be Deandre Jordan for that one moment.

Wright will be back, just give it time. Going to have to weather the storm for the time being.

    Capela seemed clumsy tonight.

Naw, we needed CP3 to take that shot instead of passing. CP3 was wide open.

The Rockets won the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters against a really good team. The Rockets were terrible in the 1st quarter and the Raptors couldn't miss. It happens.

I just wish the Rockets would run some real plays at the end of the game. I realize Harden is great at hero ball, but is that going to work throughout all of the playoffs?

My only worry is the media won't put respect on the Rockets 17 game run. It already felt like they weren't celebrating the accomplishment, simply tolerating it. It felt like they were waiting for it to be over.

I think D’Antoni sat Gordon too long in the fourth. He was cooking at the end and the raptors were playing small with two point guards. Not sure why he left Gordon in the bench.
