One of the things that the MCU has done so well if taking comic material, but only taking the basic outlines. It makes the MCU entirely it's own thing, while usually staying faithful to the comics.

They need to get Thanos and his defeat right. While I love their movies, their work with the villains (and beating the villains) has been downright lazy most of the time.

Loki, Kingpin, and Mr. Purple are the best three villains in my opinion. Civil War and Winter Soldier had great conflict, but they weren't about a villain in my opinion.

This is just me literally making up ****, but I feel like he would show up as a tie in to a Spider-man movie involving Morbius the living vampire. Or more likely; Netflix -- there's already a precedent for people coming back from the dead there too.

Strange is technically holding the time stone, but it is inside an encasement. He is actively using the power though, I believe that counts.

Are they still planning on making two Infinity War movies (Part I and Part II)? Neither the trailer nor internet sources (IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes, etc.) indicate a "Part I" for this next movie.

One is Infinity War, not sure we know the title of the other yet (I believe it just wrapped filming), but they're no longer pitching them as part 1 & 2, although they definitely do still seem to be related.

Thanos is the villain for both. I think that says something, but that's for the most part all we know.

They haven't revealed the title for the second movie supposedly because it would be a spoiler. It's still for all intents and purposes a 2 part movie.

The recent Vanity Fair (I think it was) has a cover story for the upcoming Avengers movie. And I mean EVERYONE is in it. Minus Natalie Portman, of course. They know this movie and its followup need to kick ass, which I'm sure they will. The budget for the actors alone....

I'm guessing the momentum of Black Panther, strike when the iron is hot.

    I can’t wait for this

Marvel is already giving DC a wedgie at this point, after Infinity War Part 1 Marvel vs. DC might be a full on beatdown

I'm looking forward to seeing it. I hope it's good

I did not like Black Panther. Hope this movie is a lot better.

my guess is that dc will roll over and die, and sell its properties to marvel. then we'll have the justice league be rookie members of the avengers (or whatever is left after thanos kills everyone).

I’d hate that...it would be hilarious if Marvel took DC’s trash and turned it into gold tho

why not just throw a bunch of money at marvel's movie heads (kevin feige and whoever)? Seems like the better solution.

It almost certainly will be. They knew that they could cut corners with Black Panther and people would fawn over it anyway, they know that's not the case with Infinity War.
