    The only way the Mueller investigation will mean anything if the democrats can win a lot of seats during the midterms otherwise republicans aren't going to do anything about trump, and congress is the only one that can go after a president. Republicans got their tax cuts.

    It could be that she "planned her resignation" because she made up her mind not lie to the committee and she knew that her working relationship with her boss would be caustic when she got back. Just a theory.

    You'd hate to reflexively associate a woman's looks and youth with her sexuality in a professional setting; but that "white lies" nonsense doesn't really speak to a strong presence of mind, grasp of protocol or sense of propriety.     I think when mueller is finished trump and his so called loyal minions will all resign charges will be brought up on other like Hillary as well.
