Rockets finally have chance here to get this Spurs monkey of our back. Like Morey has said before, winning a championship sometimes takes luck as well. Hopefully the basketball gods are on our side for once and health will be there for us.
I think at this point Skip would rather see Leonard sit out. Seeing as he still loves to say “You saw what we did to Golden State in two quarters!” If Leonard actually came back, and were beaten by Golden State or Houston, he’d lose 95 percent of his argumentative points.
It wasn't this secretive though. Rockets told us what was up. Spurs literally saying, "I don't know".

this quad injury has been so mysterious How did he even injure it in the 1st place? To miss pretty much the entire season means it’s very serious, and it seems to me like they don’t know what’s actually going on. That has Kawhi frustrated with the organization.
Terrible news, but eliminates a major threat for the Rockets in the playoffs. Seeding is relatively unimportant now. Avoiding OKC and home court against Golden State would be nice, but not game-changing.
The more this goes on the more I feel Kashi will be traded. Popabitch has been talking real greasy lately, I think he's chunkin the duece after this season and handing the keys to Becky Hammon and Kashi is not feeling that program. Just my opinion but I think next season if Kashi is still a spur Hammon will be gone and vice versa
