I hope they continue the disrespect. I love it. I want there to be genuine animosity between the two teams as I think ultimately it would favor the Rockets down the stretch. KD has proven he can't play in intense games. Who knows, the Warriors may get ripped up by OKC in the playoffs giving the Rockets a chance to finish them off.
Morey is obsessed with beating the Warriors which extends to everyone associated with the franchise. Rockets and Morey care but they don't care who knows it. It's extremely liberating to live in your truth. These guys are mad because they are struggling to keep up appearances.
It’s great. They wouldn’t be talking so much if they didn’t care. The attention we’re attracting is getting under their skin. Hopefully by the time we play them they’ll be at a breaking point. On a side note, I don’t think they’re having as much fun playing together since KD got there. They became instant villains and I don’t think that sits well with curry. I do disagree with Kerr's wife. Compare to Warriors Bob Myers, Morey has really done nothing, completely done nothing. Warriors win 23 games in 2012 and 73 games in 2016. ( increase 50 wins in 4 years.) Average 69 wins in 3 seasons and Rockets have never reached 60 wins yet. Compare to Doc Rivers, Morey has done 1 million times better than him.
Warriors got a former MVP who almost beat them in 7 games to join their team --- and they still couldn't win the season series against Morey's team. And worse! They have to sit through the whole all-star break without unending praise being put on them. Those fragile little divas can't handle the lack of attention. Steve Kerr is the fakest of 'good guys'. Right up there with Durant. Morey doesn't wear a facade; I'm sure that alone is enough to frustrate the glamor gang.
I am talking about huge accomplishments. Everyone defeat Warriors in February. That is not huge accomplishment. If the team loses Capela in July, average age would be like 35 in 2021.
