How good are the Raptors?

They have insanely deep team, they destroy teams so bad, their starters don't play any minutes in 4th. Their defense is great, but most importantly their offense in a whole new game. DeRozan taking more 3's, Valanciunas is getting closer to shooting 1 3 pointer per game at 47% make, he attempted 42 3's and made 20 while he attempted 3 3's in ALL his previous seasons. They're playing much more like Warriors within a great system, the difference is that they don't have such a star power, but if they continue to trust each other and the system in playoffs and not revert to their previous year hero ball by Lowry and DeFrozen, then they can legit get to the finals.

People here don't like that Harden and Rockets got Labels, as no D, choker, Chokers, but like posters above said, people hate that media talking trash on Rockets regardless how good we're and then same people trash talk Raptors.

So if you don't get to the finals (at minimum) you're a chocker, right? Man, the league is full of chokers.
Raptors improved by trusting their growth rather then bunch of trades, DeRozan is one of the hardest workers in the league and improved every single season, he was never i mean never suppose to be this good and he got here mainly on work ethic.

They understood what's not working (hero ball, nearly last in assist in the league every year) and corrected those issues, but regardless of that and great play people still think they're ****. Well what else they're suppose to do, and yes they might not beat Cavs but who knows, at least now they got legit chance to do it.

 

Let's put it this way, they don't have anyone to stop LeBron.

I would say they are legit but Lowry and Derozan legit choke in the playoffs. Harden has his demons but those are a few bad games. Lowry and Derozan have played terribly for entire series. Hopefully that's solved by their new ball movement system

 

FAKE NEWS.

Raptors have the same coach and same core of players that have choked in the playoffs for years. They had no big offseason addition or a developed a breakout player that one can say might change their fortunes.

Cavaliers or Celtics will ruin them in the playoffs.

 

Yeah, and the Raptors will still make it to the ECF then in that case because they would be the #1 seed while Boston/Cleveland would face each other in the 2nd round. Furthermore a 1st seed with HCA in the ECF will always have a shot to make the Finals.
