A lot of artwork are replicas because of how invaluable the originals are.

What we need is replicas of students and teachers so the gunmen think they’re shooting people but actually just lifelike dolls.

Now we know where Trump got his initial hot take on this incident. Russian work overtime to crate hates within us and to destroy us from the inside.

The sad thing is the liberal left media correcting these propaganda = the propaganda is correct to a segment of the Trump supporters.

I know, it's a bit ridiculous given that gun ownership is a constitutionally guaranteed right and there is no right to sports cars, double cheeseburgers.

The thinking behind banning fully automatic weapons was that there was no purpose for them outside of mass murder combined with the fact that they inherently create a danger of unintended harm even when used properly. No one really disagrees with the ban on fully automatic weapons because it's similar to banning fully functional and armed tanks or RPG's. That's not the case with semi-automatic weapons. Even then, the ban on fully automatic weapons didn't lead to a decrease in gun violence, it was just low hanging fruit for the authoritarian crowd that believes prohibition is the key to societal change. That crowd is always looking for a boogie man to blame and their nonsense always fails to do any good because of how flawed their thinking inherently is.

You have the ban of fully automatic weapons in 1934, did that prevent gun crime and make the country any safer? Of course not. You have the ban of "assault weapons" in 1994, did that prevent gun crime and make the country any safer? Of course not. Yet you have the same rhetoric today saying that if they try the same thing it'll work. When culture is the problem, prohibition is doomed to fail.....but that never stops the prohibitionists from claiming that this time it'll work.

Is he a supporting member yet? He should be given how much he laps everyone else on this board in posting deliberately obtuse takes.

This sentence applies equally well to gun fanatics.

It really doesn't given that what you call "gun fanatics" (being people who don't want to shred the constitution for ineffectual knee jerk legislation) aren't trying to ban things and take away rights from people.

    It's just not the same.

    Quite simply, there isn't one.

No civilian needs, let alone deserves, to own automatic or semi-automatic weaponry.

    Full stop.

Here trump voicebox spouts a common gun supporter tactic ("its too early to discuss politics, let the victims grieve"). That tactic isn't working this time...

Lol... so you [and gun owners] agree to universal public health care?

Do you agree with all the other ways we infringe on constitutional amendments and take away rights from people?

You realize that none of your rights under the bill of rights are absolute?

Wow, that's quite a reach on your part. There is no "right" to health care so I'm not sure where you are going with this one.

Also, I've never suggested that rights were absolute....so we can just end that strawman right there.

Ted Cruz is the biggest imbecile I've ever seen with his "do we ban cars because a person drives drunk and kills someone" bs as a logical argument for why banning semi-automatic rifles isn't the right thing to do. F**K OFF, Ted Cruz!

Only simpletons believe that people who don't support ineffectual gun bans are responsible for school shootings. Unfortunately there are a LOT of simpletons in this country and on this board.
