No, end of bench buyout guys don't signify the end of the Warriors dominance, which will last for at least a few more years while they have their big four together. However, it clearly shows that Houston is the place to be. Players respect our organization, our stars, and our system. CP3, Tucker, and LMM chose to be here. Cyberx said a bunch of other guys want to be here too.

We're no longer hurting for talent and I'm not worried about CP3 in free agency. Houston is the destination for guys that want to win now. I love it.

I like your optimism, but this team does not have what it needs the most.

Release some warm bodies, bring in some older, semi-warm vets and Houston will look like a Detroit/Sactown/Blazer(Stacked with Sheed/Detlef/Pip/Brian/Orlando (with Gilbert/Shard/etc

    Exciting possibilites

Morey needs to bring back Rockets legend Luis Scola to round out this roster. It would feel right to have Luis home.

John Turner or Mirsad Turcan get my votes. Turner was so bad he was released after one season. He attempted to play overseas and failed. Turcan never played a minute if I remember right.

Well if we are really stocking up on these players, then Mike D better play them and let our starters and stars rest alot more. I want all pur starters to be at 100% for playoffs.

    4. Daryl Morey, sitting pretty: The Warriors didn’t make a move at the trade deadline to bolster what has been a shaky bench, leaving Morey’s Houston Rockets right where they were before the deadline: right on Golden State’s heels. Getting a post-buyout commit from Joe Johnson also keeps him from going to the Warriors, who coveted his low-post abilities as a small-ball four just as the Rockets did. Morey has methodically built his team to this point since getting Harden: Houston, right now, is a real and credible threat to topple Golden State in the Western Conference.

At this point, we are just getting greedy.

Chuck Hayes and Mike Harris resent your description of them as dollar bin pickups.
