Actually they would. I believe there is like a 75% negative opinion of the FBI currently amongst Republicans.

It is about as believable as the idea that Liberals would support Kim over Trump.

 

The FBI has not been shown to be acting improperly in investigating Russia/Trump's team.

The VP made several diplomatic blunders at the Korean Olympics. Kim's sister hasn't. It isn't wrong to point out and it's laughable to say that pointing that out is in any way supporting North Korea over America.

 

I agree that the press' coverage of North Korea at the Olympics has been horrible. Normalizing the Kim Jung regime is terrible.

That being said.... the NYT is right that Kim Jung is getting the best of Trump/Pence in a lot of ways unfortunately. The wedge being driven between the US and SK is real IMO, and instead of the US acting with China in partnership to be an intermediary between NK and everyone else (especially SK), Trump's erratic behavior & war mongering has driven Moon & SK to have no other options but to engage with NK before war breaks out on their home turf.

However saying that doesn't mean that I'm somehow rooting for North Korea or something like RL and others here are trying to make it seem. That's nonsense. Nobody here in the US wants Trump to not be successful with North Korea. I'd like to think that we all want to live without a nuclear holocaust.

But again.....yes the press should stop it with the glowing coverage that is basically NK propaganda at this point. And Yes... Trump/Pence are being outplayed currently by Kim Jung which is unfortunate.

 

Trump's unstable (lack of) leadership has made S.K. believe they can do better on their own than with the U.S. taking the lead. In this case they are probably correct. As others see this it will only further deteriorate the U.S. leadership role.

 

With all due respect, that is an incredibly stupid comment. Almost as stupid as anyone supporting Mr. trump after experiencing one year of his abject failure as a "president."

 

When it comes to sporting events you're supposed to be civil. Remember that freezing night when beautiful german blood placed aside differences with the Brits and played a friendly game of futbol during ww2. Many forget there was no world cup in 1942 and 1946 due to the whole great war sequel. Can you believe Italy and the Usa will not participate in 2018? LOSERS.

 

Another example of the amateurish ineptitude of this administration abdicating leadership of the free world and allowing North Korea to overshadow us on the world stage. Sad.

Reality is that North Korea is outmaneuvering Trump and making us look bad. I am not sure why you guys want to attack the media for pointing this out - why not try attacking Trump for looking so weak on the world stage.

 

It will take years attempting to repair the damage done to our country by the "president." The "VP" isn't any better, just not as loud. Both are caricatures of the offices they currently occupy, busy embarrassing our country, and a danger to the United States, in my humble opinion.

They are praising the minister of propaganda of a murderous dictatorship simply to take a shot at the Trump administration. You can try to downplay that, but that's really what is happening and the simpletons who are doing it deserve to be called out for it.

Also, it's not "South Korean TMZ" doing it, there are what some people consider legitimate news outlets like CNN doing the same and it's pathetic.

 

Only Trump & Co could face off against literally the most disliked immoral regime on the planet and come off as the boorish losers.

Whats crazy is how coordinated this was. This wasn't one liberal news org being remarkably stupid. This was a coordinated effort to push North Korea propaganda by all liberal media outlets for god knows why. What is the media trying to achieve? is it hoping for absurd comments like this:
