“He’s whatever you want to call it, a three-level player,” Spoelstra said. “He has the ability to draw fouls, so that’s a four-dimensional player. He can get you at the rim, he can get you midrange, he can you from three, draw fouls and facilitate. And then when the game is on the line that’s probably when he was at his best tonight.” Said Richardson of guarding Harden: “It’s tough. James is one of the best guards in the world and I mean he knows how to get fouled, he knows how to score, he knows how to playmake for his teammates. The game just seems to come very easy to him. It seems like he has the game slowed down a lot more than pretty much anybody. So just watching him play, I give him a lot of props. He’s a tough guard.” http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/spt-columns-blogs/heat-check/article199013459.html
can we say capela won his matchup or at least has held his own? my eyetest says yes what the boxscore says?
The Heat commentators were very complementary towards Harden and Paul. I was pleasantly surprised to see that.
Love that we can finish games now. On the end of a road back-to-back, in 4th quarter at the 8:46 mark tied at 87 a piece, the Rockets finish on a 22-7 run. Miami, who competed all night goes 3-10 on FGs(1-4 at the 3-point line). The Rockets take off and go 7-11 from the field and 4-5 at the 3-point line. Zero Rocket turnovers. Zero Rocket fouls. Zero FTs for Miami. That's simply winning basketball.
Extremely impressive win! Just gutted it out down the stretch and found a way. Was really happy with the defense tonight even though everyone had tired legs out there. Another MVP night for Harden.
Basically tied with GSW for best record in the NBA and you are ragging on our coach? What a TERRIBLE job he's done. Somebody get JB Bickerstaff on the phone
Harden is starting to make it a habit of turning off the lights in the last few minutes. Playoffs are going to be fun.
So you are comparing JLin to CP? And McHale to MDA? That's like trying to sub tofu for a Christmas ham
