Ch44 has been incredibly reliable and has broke a lot of little details before the media that you couldn’t know without inside knowledge.

Dude is legit.

He’s not saying we are floating him around, but rather it’s the 2nd most popular name on the rockets in trade talks.

Makes sense because he is a valuable player on an expiring contract. Lots of teams should be interested.

Also, it fits moreys MO perfectly to trade a guy in his last year for value.

But it’s highly unlikely he gets moved. But his name coming up a lot makes perfect sense.

Anyway, the player in return would have to be fairly special for Trevor to get traded. State Farm commercial notwithstanding, he's real tight with our stars, and is one of the reasons CP3 came to Houston (the main one being Harden, of course).

 

I am sure he is. He is expiring and a 3/D wing. But, he is also in real deep with CP and Harden. Not that he is untouchable per/se but I find it very unlikely he is moved. If he WAS moved, it would be with CP's blessing though I am sure.

As some have said because this is not after all star break I think teams may finalize deals and wait to execute tomorrow and Thursday because they need bodies for games and you are essentially kissing off the ability to use those players. Also, more importantly, it looks like a lot of teams want to deal. That means incredible extra leverage in multi-team deals. I have a feeling before all is done we see some 3 and 4 team deals and those take a little waiting to get the chess pieces lined up. Makes a lot of sense in our situation and several others. Instead of stuck with the assets of one team you can intermingle assets. Most of the flow is going the same way. Contracts and draft picks matter, not necessarily players. Teams probably looking to drop below tax and increase flexibility for the summer. This tends to be the clean up trade deadline for all of the bad contracts.

I agree. I don’t see Ariza going, but that doesn’t mean other teams aren’t asking. Popularity could be them asking, not us offering.

If the Cavs are smart they would ask LeBron to waive his no trade clause and give him a list of teams he'd do it for

 

There was a leak like 2 hours ago that he won't waive his NTC.
Which really means that he will waive it as soon as they/he get the right offer.

Speak for yourself hombre, LeBron is still on a totally different tier than the next best player in the league. This Cavs team is trash and he's unmotivated, wait till the playoffs and you'll see LeBron is still in his super-prime. I personally think he peaked in 2016.

 

Is Lebron a good spot up shooter?

Will he be efficient per PNR taking opportunities away from James and Chris.

Paul George is a better shooter/defender at this stage of his career.
