I read a Cavs board, and most thought Lebrin has checked out and is gone. They are expecting him to leave and talked about trading to get something for him.

If I’m the Cavs there’s no way I’d trade Lebron even if he told me he wasn’t coming back.

I don’t care what they are going through as a team, with Lebron and some of those guys they have there’s always a chance.

But if there’s a shot he stays, in the off season they could reshape that whole roster and be right back in it.

Only way Lebron leaves is if he goes to them and says trade me which I doubt happens.

    Reasons

Legacy? He got 3 already and if he is riding the coat tails of Curry, Durant or Harden, CP3. Does that count as true legacy?

I mean I get why Durant was doing it, cause he got frustrated with WB and OKC.

Lebron is just doing whatever he wants, if he wants Houston, then it should be Houston, but I think LA is somewhat a place he wants to stay and live.

It's not like he is Kobe and he wants to chase MJ that bad. I dun think he got this kind of mindset.

He wanted to be a billionaire, that was his first goal. And then the ships.

As has been discussed before, the only way to trade Anderson is to take 1 or 2 bad contracts back. Some options below:

Portland: Harkless and Leonard for Anderson
Sacramento: Randolph and Temple for Anderson and a 2nd round pick
Wolves: Dieng, Mohammed for Anderson and a 2nd round pick
Orlando: Biyombo, Hezonja for Anderson and Black
Charlotte: Batum for Anderson (Hornets save $30m)
Suns: Chandler, Dudley for Anderson, Black and 1st round pick
Jazz: Favors, Burks for Anderson and a 1st round pick

When he left the first time it was a sign and trade and Cleveland got 4 draft picks, so he’s never really left them high and dry.

I mean, they get better spacing, and spectacular dunks from Ryno. And youth. And great Tucker defense.

I think Burks or hood would be a good fit on this team, jazz preferably would want to to trade Hood and I think Anderson would be a good fit in Utah next to gobert. Much better fit than Gobert/Favors

    @AroundTheWorld

I still think this deal is the best for both teams.

    http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ybgevsqp

Gerald Green has show to be a viable replacement to Eric Gordon.
Hate to lose Tucker because he has been playing well lately. Glue guy that teammates like. But it’s LeBron.

Here is an article from Bleacher Report Cleveland about trading K-Love if LeBron leaves.

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...ry-to-trade-kevin-love-if-lebron-james-leaves

I could post bits about them questioning whether they should clean house from that same site?
Articles asking will they make the playoffs?
Coach Ty says they will definitely make the playoffs. But will it be the 8th spot? Really do you want that?
How they can’t find a team that will take J.R. Smith or Tristan.

Cavs are in a tough spot. LeBron left before, and the owner blasted LeBron in a letter submitted to the paper; but
reluctantly took back picks. Might not get anything back this time and leaves them high n dry. Just don’t be bitter
like Lakers fans and organization appeared after Dwight Howard left the Lakers.

I dunno man. Kobe is very intelligent, speaks 3 languages, and is involved with a ton of different businesses.

I think if Lebron read this he would perhaps disagree with you lol. Lebron wants to be considered the best all time 100%. If he could somehow win 2-3 more championships he will do it. That would also mean he would have gone to the finals 10-11 times total. Which is insane. Considering great players like Carmelo, Chris Paul, Tmac have had next to no success in the playoffs combined.

No doubt, I am saying there is no definition when it comes to the Rox. Will he be No1, No2 or No3..... I think that is important going forward to figure this out.

You can't just come in and be the No 1 guy of course, but I doubt being the No. 3 guy of a team, much like Kevin Love was for the Cavs would satisfy someone like Lebron, even a No. 2 option would not be enough.

Winning the championship his way, the right way, is more important than just tagging along. He is no McGrady.

We shall see, shan't we? Lebron now is a long shot, maybe in the summer.

I think Lebron is in the stage of his career where he can be a #1 some nights and not others. He did it for a large portion of the season and is now exhausted. He will be a year and a half older by the time the next Finals comes next season. Perhaps he has accepted this, perhaps not.

When you think about what you said him being a number 1/2/3 etc. That means the makeup of the team would need to have players not as good as him, but yet good enough to beat a team like the Warriors. I'm not sure what players and intricate makeup of team would be lol
