    Not that excited about him as a player but in a buy out situation As a backup, he isn't the worst pickup. If it did happen

    I feel bad for Monroe really bad. Because of that idiot now his reputation is like this. Jeez

    Ppl are smh comparing him to Kanter? LOL Monroe is miles and miles better in D than Kanter. As long as your defensive sheme isn't some wacko system that has the players running around pointelessly like headless chickens.

    Also he will be a perfect fit in Houston. All those shooters around him?
    His best skill isn't his posting up but actually his passing. He's imo top 3-5 passer in Cs in the league. (Jokic, Gasol, Monroe).
    With all those shooters in Houston, passing out of the double he will be racking up assists to no end

    But I think he will go to Boston if nothing else to fix his reputation.

    GSW DRtg 103.8 (6th in NBA) Houston DRtg 105.0 (12th in NBA) many missed games by CP3/Capela/LMaM
    Playoffs will be more half court game. But, I guess it doesn’t matter when talking Bogut, Lopez, Monroe.

    Not a bad rebounder. Non existent shot blocker. 0.3/ game in 20-something mins.
    Never been a shot blocker in his career.

    He is a fairly capable post and positional defender.
    He's not a lithe shot blocking C. But so what? Otherwise with his other skills he would be a max player .
