Harden is the 3rd best SG of all time behind MJ and Kobe. All he needs is one ring to solidify this in everyone mind. From a statistical standpoint he’s clearly better than Kobe atleast offensively. I don’t think casual and even some hardcore nba fans really truly understand how special he is. Guy is a top 25 player off all time no questions asked. He going to finish his career top 10 in points and top 15 in assist and top 5 in made threes. He’s an all time great that ppl will talk about for ever like they do with the other greats like Jerry west and guys like him. He’ll never be top 10 unless he wins 3+ rings which I just don’t see happening. I’m hoping for 1 and he easily be mentioned on the tier right below the Mount Rushmore
Harden not goin to finish top 10 in points, he was on the bench his first three years so he got off to a late start. I don’t even think he’s goin to surpass Carmelo in all time scoring.
I think he is the wade, drexler, west range. Drexler took his team to the finals and won a ring with us. Wade won a final as the best player and has a couple other rings. Jerry west won a finals MVP on a losing team and been to finals as much as LeBron. Harden might finish as the 3rd best but you can't call him the 3rd best today.
