The guy was benched for Kyle Postma. I mean I'm pulling for the guy since he's a Coog but I wouldn't put money on him having NFL success.
Sure the originals were deleted but possibly screencaps with some digging. I do remember him writing his dad's initials on his hand for the season opener and then there was the joint statement tweeted out the night before a game defending Art Briles and saying he acted "honorably." It was also signed by all of the coaches but posted by Kendal and without the Interim coach's knowledge. I'm not surprised (or upset) at him defending his dad. He's his son after all. Victim shaming is disgusting though and I'd really like to know what he said.
nothing really special. a list of 3/2 star recruits hou is getting safety Deontay Anderson from Ole Miss who was rated the #1 safety in the 16' class. Also a teammate of King's in hs at Manvel
I think it's entirely possible that Allen is good, for no other reason than we watched Applewhite offense fail with a throwing quarterback, a running qb, and a strong armed qb. I mean what else can u say. The offense just blew. I can't put it on Allen. So he's still a mystery to me. His problem will be that the NFL doesn't care about we know to be true. They will look at the film and see him blowing chunks.
People see him throw in practice and get happy, but the film doesn't lie. The guy just makes poor decisions and he did that enough to get benched at 2 schools.
3 years was more than we expected from him given our history. Big guy deserves it. Hope this doesn't put an even bigger target on his back from opposing teams...
anyone hear about DE Bryan Jones? He was UH's lone 4 star recruit out of BR, Louisiana in 17. quite a bit of buzz at the time but didn't play this past year
