    Its strange they traded him so soon after signing him to that huge deal, You see that in MLB but not very often in the NBA. The Clippers must have realized finally he isn't the guy that will carry you out of the lottery and just said lets blow this **** up and start all over.

    Are they high?? Why would Lebron go there and not have anything there already ? He's better off in Cleveland that doing that.

    When most major NBA trades are announced, I usually try to get more information from both teams to see which team did better.

    With this one, my only reaction was "lol, I hope Blake rots in Detroit"

    Great trade for clippers, not so much for Detroit, Detroit will be stuck in mediocre for the rest of the BG tenure there

    Then he should have cared more about winning and getting better at basketball. All he did was smoke copious amounts of weed, play video games and hangout with his friends. At the end of the day Griffin is an immature loser that thinks showing up for games is enough. He didn’t take care of his body or work on his game. He didn’t even have consistent focus in playoff games.

    At the end of the day Griffin is financially set for life, has been coddled and doesn’t have to take accountability for anything. Seems like he has had it pretty damn good.

    Not THAT far fetched. They have Jerry West and if they want, they can use their draft picks to jettison most their big contracts. Ballmer will spend the money to bring in a good coach. Maybe CP3 would go join James in LA? Paul George?

    Don’t underestimate THE LOGO.

    Clippers absolutely won. I think Blake is overpaid, for what he is. IMO, he's a "14th pick" star - good enough to get you to the playoffs, but not good enough to where he gets you any higher than 7th seed. So you're basically stuck in mediocrity.

    Pistons are going to be picking in the depths of the lottery, every year that BG is there.

    Meanwhile, Harris and Bradley fit that Mike Conley mold of "being very good, yet no one ever talks about me."

    scouting and player development is key.... star players can be found outside the lottery picks, even in 2nd round....
