That is a strange list. The claim that the piece makes as the "first" on the list has already been shown to be false. The item he lists as "second" on the list isn't evidence of anything at all, but a fanciful "what-if" scenario. That scenario isn't based on any evidence that we've seen. I think it would be much persuasive and effective to actually list evidence showing the FBI acted improperly and with bias. That evidence would also have to contradict already known facts. 1. Comey, A Republican, publicly announced that he was investigating Clinton's email/server stuff again shortly before the general election, while not announcing publicly that Trump's campaign was also being investigated. 2. The investigation of Clinton that Comey made public turned out to be nothing new at all, but the information clearing Clinton wasn't released until after the election. So far we haven't seen evidence of systemic or conspiring corruption at all, and certainly not something that would explain at the same time that they were trying to sway the election against while exposing damaging information to Trump's opponent.
Because the memo probably doesn't support any trump defense needed, but likely causes trump and republicans more problems than it solves. Just like when they released the text messages to begin with...

That was hedging their bets and trying to make it appear as if they were impartial....even though it was obvious that they weren't. Months before that it didn't seem like there was any chance Trump would win the election, that started to change and they started to become concerned that there would be consequences for their blatant corruption.
Occam's Razor suggests this is a laughable take. If they were afraid of the hammer brought down by a potential Trump admin, obviously they would want to release a statement that they were investigating Hillary Clinton days before people were going to the ballot booth. Makes total sense.
An interesting guess based on absolutely zero evidence, so maybe not that interesting after all. But it is a guess. We can say that for sure.
Mueller's investigation has been incredibly leak free. Trump's own white house has been horrible about leaks, though.

No, it's not a fact, just the most likely scenario. At a time when Hillary was looking to be a shoo-in they made sure they worked with her to make her criminal activity disappear....then it started to look like Trump could actually win and they got cold feet and felt the need to hedge their bets a bit against the possibility that Hillary could lose. If Hillary had won, a lot of the people who helped her get away with committing multiple felonies would be looking to advance their careers based on it. Unfortunately for them Trump won and a lot of them are facing scrutiny over their corruption.
remember, Sally Yates told the DoJ Inspector General he did not have authority to investigate the National Security Division (which was doing the FISA queries) Grassley was furious at the time and is now in a position to see justice is done.
It's hilarious to see members of one of the American political parties actively routing against the FBI. Obviously, they are allowed to route against the FBI, but it certainly doesn't make them look good or favorable.
