Poor guy, yesterday the FBI director reads the Nunes memo, today McCabe is forced out. He put all of his eggs in the Hillary basket and his career is over as a result of that corruption.

 

LOL So we are to believe the Press Secretary that Trump hasn't seen the memo.....

AFTER having 5 different Trump Administration representatives lie to everyone over several months, that Trump never wanted to fire Mueller? This on top of Trump having lied 100's of times in the last year?

They have zero credibility. NONE and they did it to themselves. They have unfortunately done long term damage to the trust of the American people. The Administration is so untrustworthy that if they tell you "X" there is a better than 50% chance it is "Y".

Trump isn't the first Administration to lie, they all have to some extent but this is the first compulsive lying Administration.

 

Has Trump seen it or not? According to his own Administration, he hasn't seen it. Then again, you and I both know that he is a compulsive liar, so perhaps we both assume he is lying and has seen it.

 

Of course our far left friends don't see the difference between following the law and breaking the law. Hard to expect much from people like that.

I don't think ti matters one way or the other. Even if he hasn't personally seen it, I guarantee he's been read in on what it says so him personally seeing it or not is irrelevant.

What we do know is that the FBI director read it yesterday and today he forced out McCabe.

Them being removed the day after the FBI director reads the Nunes memo would in no way prevent them from testifying against anyone assuming that one day there is an actual case in which to testify....you know this, but this is still the best way you could come up with to spin it....step your game up Baghdad Bob.

Was McCabe even fired? A retired FBI guy was quoted on twitter as saying that McCabe reached his "terminal leave" date, meaning he had enough vacation/sick time left that he could cash that in now hit his March retirement date.

The reports have been mixed, some suggesting he was forced out, some suggesting he just stepped down. Some say that it was expected, some say that it surprised everyone.

I imagine people are looking for ways to spin it and whenever a consensus is agreed to, that'll be the story going forward. That said, the fact that the spin wasn't already decided on suggests that it surprised a lot of people.

 

You truly believe Wray read that "memo" for the first time yesterday?

 

It's certainly possible, but it doesn't matter one way or the other given that as of yesterday it was public knowledge that he read the memo meaning that he'd be held accountable from that point on. Personally I think it probably was the first time he actually read it but he was likely to have heard what was in it before that point.

Then the very next day either McCabe decides on his own to go on terminal leave or he was pressured to take terminal leave...either way you can't ignore the timing.

 

He went to capital hill yesterday at 11 PM CST to view them. 8 hours later McCabe 'quits' . Next step will be for McCabe to get out of the country as fast as possible.

 

So is she going to jail or not?

 

If that's how it went, he'd have probably given notice 2 weeks ago. Amicable departures aren't usually effective the day they are announced.

Wray was probably told the new gameplan by his masters when he was there yesterday. Or he was told the day before, but step 1 was to go do a viewing so he could use the memo as a rationalization of his decisionmaking later.
