No. Green is an all star. I don't like him, but he's one of the best defensive players in the league and the best playmaker on the best team in the NBA.

All-stars around Wesbrook in his career: KD, Harden, Ole, PG, Melo - and he still hasn't won any thing, currently sitting in the bottom half of western playoff bracket. The myth that Wes had no help is baloney. It's not that he didn't have help. It's really good players cannot co-exist with him to win.

I don’t want to hear about all the help James is getting in the national media.

He’s the “only” allstar on the team.

I would have CP3 over Lillard.

It doesn't matter, Draymond is voted as a front court player and Chris Paul as a backccourt player. The coaches could not replace Draymond with CP3 even if they wanted to. Klay is who we should have beef with.

Clint Capela on the other hand is more deserving than Draymond.

    Klay Thompson is overrated.

I agree. I think he is the second most important player in that team, behind Curry.

CP3 deserves it over both Lillard and Klay Thompson, but who cares. Get some rest and be ready for the stretch run.

I think Westbrook would coexist beautifully with James Harden.

(In fact, he did) Westbrook/Harden lineups were nastyyyyy. (And let's not take away how close that last KD/WB Thunder team was to winning a championship. Up 3-1 on GSW, and I think they would have murdered Lebron, but that's just me.

Who cares about his defense? Luc Mbah A Moute is one of the best defenders in the league. Patrick Beverley was a DPOY runner-up. How many all-star games did Shane Battier get to play in? There are a lot of great defenders that have played whose overall game didn't merit All-Star consideration.

Point-scoring shouldn't be the ultimate factor in deciding who gets to be an All Star, but good grief, 112 players score more per game than Draymond. Now you can say "well of course, he plays with Curry, Durant, Thompson, etc." but that excuse can be used to explain his seven+ assists per, the only elite-level offensive aspect to his game. He's an average to below average shooter as well and just looks plain ugly on the court.

Green is a great, very important player on a loaded championship team, but he doesn't belong in an All-Star game. No one wants to see him set his illegal screens or slyly tap players on the arm to change their shot or tug on their shorts to prevent a dunk. Draymond is a world class spoiler on defense. He ruins opponents' games and that's great for championships but bad for All-Star exhibitions.

On a weekend that celebrates the beauty of basketball, please leave Draymond at home.

All-Star players bring something unique to the game. CP3's crossover merits an All-Star nod. How many "ohs" and "ahs" associated with CP3's crossover. CP3 should just stack stats like Westbrook.

So this year it’s all about games played. Got it. Well which decent player has played the most games? Give him the MVP! Harden should’ve played more games!

Thought about this more.. and it's inexcusable the Warriors have 4, while Rockets only one.

Paul played enough games to justify a Selection over two Warriors.

Subs are still chosen by coaches right? I really like to know who did not vote for CP3.

Blessing in disguise for us. CP3 the type of player who plays with a chip on his shoulder and this will only motivate him more. Plus, he gets the rest he deserves.

I for one am glad there are so many stupid coaches in the league.
