    Don't take this one lightly. The Mavs have a terrible record, but that's in part due to their horrendous start. They're better than the team the Rockets smoked earlier in the season.

    I get concerned every "non-elite" team the Rockets face will be a let down game just because of this team's penchant for playing down (and in some cases even lower) to their competition.

    But I guess part of that is pacing through the long grueling season. Can't go all out every game. The caveat to being an elite team, is the tendency to believe one can simply "turn up the intensity" in the 4th quarter to win the game...i.e. playing with fire.

    yeah, lots of people on here are mistaken and confused. i'm a rockets fan, hence why i post on CLUTCHFANS. i've posted pics going to rockets games but people are still confused for some reason!
